I go by the pen name of David Seer. That is because some of my works have been inspired by visions and dreams... I feel I am a true seer at heart. |

I am a storyteller and weaver of dreams as you will find in the very special books designed to delight and entertain.
I love to create! And besides writing I make music! Music is very important to me.
I have made several music videos which I will add to this webpage as it grows. Further, I listen to music while writing and find it weaves its way into the content, and helps propel the creative forces.

What I really want to share in my art, is the beauty of life... even the difficult parts. Emotional honesty leads to beautiful and powerful creations. Vulnerability as a storyteller leads one down some enlightening roads, sometimes to places not yet explored. Sometimes to the light... sometimes the dark.
But all is good when it comes from the heart: for all is art and part of the creative journey.
I feel my best work contains a spiritual, sacred element. The natural world is a tremendous source of inspiration for me, and I turn to inner reflections, myths and ancient traditions as well. And esoteric spiritual teachings are ever present too! My writings and projects, develop in my inner world and reflects my current studies, dreams and contemplations.
The ability to stay "present" and centered is what I work towards in all things creative. This gives me insights into what it is to be human, dare to be alive, dare to fight for what you believe and do not give away your power. My message is: be present here and now and find your intuitive voice. For this will empower, each individual see their potential through all the varied lenses of life... and unfold into their higher selves.
Art creates a space... to stand outside of time. And is all part of this process. When done in contemplation, it allows me through trial and error, to bathe myself in color and light, sound and words until composition unfolds, until the process is complete.
Creating... gives one a sense of purpose and meaning. I find it invaluable to understanding life and myself. Creating art is a continuous learning process. It keeps my mind active and renews my soul.
Anyone can take time to meditate, observe, reflect and be present with oneself. There is an artist within us all and there are many avenues to express your creative self.
